Member Lending Library

One of our goals at the Oklahoma Travel Industry Association is to assist you with training products and educational programs.

Our Member Lending Library is full of educational resources to give managers and employees the tools they need to succeed. As an association, we strive to provide up-to-date, comprehensive and cost effective materials and services to our members. Whether your goal is to increase profits, improve customer satisfaction or just enhance your professional skills, the OTIA's Member Lending Library is for you!

We invite you to look through our collection of reading material, workbooks, and videos, and use these items to train yourself and your staff.

You may also contact Anita Austin at (405) 942-1121 or (800) 375-8181 at any time to find out what materials are currently available.

You can either download the RedBud Awards application like you have in the past and submit everything in hard copy form, OR you can apply online. This annual event recognizes Oklahoma tourism attractions, destination marketing organizations, and journalists for their outstanding efforts to serve and promote Oklahoma's tourism industry. The ceremony will be held during the Oklahoma Conference on Tourism on May 15. The deadline to apply is March 2, 2018.
