Debra Bailey
President & CEO, OTIA; Deputy Director/CFO, ORA & OH&LA

As President & CEO, Debra serves as the Director of the association and manages board relations. She represents industry views, directs staff activities, oversees the day-to-day operations of the association and continued management of Oklahoma Travel Industry Association meetings and events.

 
Elizabeth "Bety" Balderas
Help Desk Coordinator

Responsibilities include answering phones, member communication, entry level bookkeeping, and data entry. 
Jillian Bishop
Manager, Training & Accounting

Manages all ServSafe sanitation training classes and other educational training opportunities. Also manages accounts receivable.
Patti Colley
Director, Strategic Programs & Events 

Responsible for Strategic Partnership Program, marketing of endorsed programs; and directs ORA meetings and events. Also serves as Executive Vice President to the Oklahoma Hotel & Lodging Association. 

 
Linda Etherton
Director, Convention

Linda manages ORA meetings and events including convention booth sales/invoicing, logistics and exhibitor relations. Responsible for OH&LA meeting and event activities. Provides administrative assistance to Director, Strategic Programs & Events.

 
Collin Graham
Director, Membership 

Primary contact for industry as it relates to member enrollment, retention, research and discount program enrollment. Responsible for Member Services Representatives and assists Director, Education with training.

 
Jim Hopper
Oklahoma Restaurant Association President & CEO

As President & CEO, Jim represents industry views and interests before legislative and regulatory agencies. He communicates and coordinates with the ORA's government affairs representative, and he works with the Executive Committee and the Board of Directors on a daily basis.

 
Theresa Martin
Coordinator, Sonic/ServSafe and Registration

Maintains all records for Sonic ServSafe classes and coordinates Alcohol Compliance Education “ACE” training classes. Coordinates event registration.
Shannon Moad
Manager, Industry Communications

Initiates and manages all industry communications including publications, web, public relations, and advertising.

 
Kara Parks
Administrative Assistant

Provides member support and manages accounts payable.
Chandy Rice
Director, Student Programs & Education


Directs the ProStart program, a nationally recognized culinary and hospitality certification in high schools and technology centers within the state. Works to provide job placement and mentoring activities within the industry. Is the primary point of contact on activities involving the Oklahoma Hospitality Foundation.
 
Benny Vanatta
Contract Lobbyist 

Benny works daily at the state capitol to ensure that the laws passed by government officials represent the best interests of the OTIA's members.

 
Debbie Weiss
Manager, Member Care

Manages member fulfillment including member and non-member databases, dues billings and collection, retention programs and endorsed partner relations.
